P.G TERMS & CONDITIONS

LOCATION

The P.G is situated near K.R Puram railway station and metro with public transport facilities towards whitefield and to the Bengaluru City.

SECURED SERVICES

The inmates in the P.G will be taken care by a warden and maid to provide service in the building.

SECURITY & INTERNET

Security Camera, Internet Facilities & UPS Backup will be provided to the inmates on payment basis.

FOOD & COOKING

Food & other facilities will be provided as per the requirements with extra charges.

Cooking can be arranged in the rooms as there are kitchen facilities by the inmates

INMATES

Rooms are in the sharing systems and inmates have to share the rooms with proper understandings.

NOT ALLOWED

Alcohol or any other intoxication can never be entertained in the rooms. The opposite gender is not permitted to enter.

RENT & OCCUYPING TERMS

An advance of 4 Month’s rent has to be paid in the P.G before occupying the rooms. All Transactions are in terms of Cash and to be paid before 5th of the successive months.

A person has to stay in the P.G at least for a period of 6 Months. One month Notice is necessary before vacating the P.G in either side.

FUNCTIONING

This P.G for women will be functioning in the 3rd Flood of the Bethany Complex of the above mentioned address. The accommodation will be provided for women employees & students working or studying in Bengaluru.
